It has been said that one of the toughest things to do is to clarify the meaning of the word "LOVE".
I have always struggled in my attempts to define it because I had never really experienced the feeling.
Lately, though, I have come to understand the word and get a better grip on its meaning.
To me......
Love is when being with someone can change your belief system and the outlook that you have had on life!
Love is driving from sun up until sundown just to hold someone's hand.
Love is when another person's health, safety, and happiness become more important to you than your own.
Love is a kiss that connects you to someones heart!
Love is when you have to say goodbye and it feels like your insides have been torn out!
Love is when tears that come from being apart can be happy and sad all at one time.
Love is knowing that some day soon everything will be very good!
Maybe I still don't understand it 100%, but I think that I am learning!

The lovely thing is that you say you are learning. As we all are. Like you, I had absolutely no understanding of real love until I met hubby. Now I am learning and appreciating every day.

As for love? I don't know either. Time changes people and things so love changes not for the worse, just different.

Love is a wonderful thing. Makes you feel all sorts of emotions and things you've never felt before.
But love for me sucks right now! It is chaos! It is the most confusing feeling out of all the feelings. lol

I have said to my husband on more than one occasion that isn't it amazing that two people who love each other so deeply could have lived without love for so long (I meant us) but I think it could apply to the two of you also.
