haha. incredible tale...way to go God...i laughed out loud...smiles. good to see you my friend...glad you gave your green thumb a break and let your fingers do the work...smiles.
Oh my! Absolutely adored this! I remember when I was young thinking similarly...we are in on a speck of dust (or in a box) contained in another ecosystem on a speck of dust (or in a box) ad nauseum. Why don't we still question and seek? I guess life just gets in the way sometimes.
Loved this story! great job with this one. Its funny tho, I was thinking that a year ago someone would have torn open the box and the whole ecosystem inside would have died... Just an observation...
First of all, I thought you were describing my youngest son. Second of all, I loved the "thinking outside of the box" theme. Third of all, it was another great story!
Otin!!! how are you? i just popped on your blog to say hi... but really... i just remembered... you can't POP on Otin's blog!! I gotta lotta reading to do!!! Will comment tomorrow when I catch up. I've been ghost this summer... the kids took all my energy. But I'm back, kids start school this week, and can i just say if they had one more week you and Brian would've had to get together and co-write my story in the looney bin!
This is fantastic. It took me the whole post to realize what was going on, so I went back and read it again, just to enjoy it fully. This is brilliant. If you think of it, please link it up on Saturday Sampling this week. (I post on Friday nights at 9pm.)
Hi Otie, haven't been here in a while, then noticed you on the Saturday Sampling link-up. Great stuff as usual..students like Godfrey usually end up saving the universe. I'm glad he didn't march to the beat of the drum.

You come up with the most interesting stories and sub-layers within them. Love it and love you!
awww! Thank you, Baby! You are the best! I love you, too!
Ha very interesting concept. Who knows? Perhaps we're all in Godfrey's box.

Love the play on the names GODfrey and Darwin...nice. :)
Yeah Otin, this is some good shit.
That's FUNNY! LOVE how we are just a science experiment! lol
Sometime, even teachers don't get it. Bullying hurts.

God and his box. I love it.
What a great story - we've missed you!! :)
We all know what happened when Pandora opened a box she shouldn't have. Way to go Godfrey!
Great to see you back and with such a good story. Thanks, jj
Brilliant, Otin! I have sometimes thought like that too... boxes within boxes... Too much to comprehend! So glad you took a break to write this!!!
Way to go God, and you too, Otin! Keep that lid on the box please!
well done.
warm smiles,
That is spectacular!! I love it!
