Fiction and Fact

The Fiction: In this country a person is innocent until proven guilty.

The Fact: It is the opposite.A person can be held in Jail without bail pending trial, which means to me that they're assumed to be guilty.

The Fiction: We have to always fight for our freedom.

The Fact: If we are constantly battling to be free, then we are never truly free.

The Fiction: Some people are pro-abortion.

The Fact: Some people are for letting women make a choice. To be pro-abortion would imply that some people actually enjoy it.

I'm sure I can think of more....

So true! You will always find that people will twist the facts with their opinions to make them suit themselves anyway....so other than 1+1=2, what is left to say is TRUE? (that rhyme was unintentional, but pretty clever if I do say so myself!) LOL
